What Information We Collect

Personal Information that you share: From visitors who subscribe for our Newsletters, we collect Email Address, First Name and Last Name. From Donors who submit the Donation Form we collect – Title and Name, Contact Number, Email ID, Donation Amount, Purpose, Donation Frequency and Mode of Donation. None of this information is publicly shared on the site.

Non-personal Information automatically collected: When you visit and interact with the Site, certain information may automatically be recorded like log files which may include the internet protocol (IP) address your computer, browser type, internet service provider and operating system details, and date/time stamps to analyse trends, administer the Site, analyse bugs, and gather broad demographic information.

Donation related information will be used for reconciliation against donations made to us by Donors.

Within the organisation, only those who need access – such as the Management Team, Office Administrator(s) are given access on a need basis. The website administrator has access for providing technical support, and administering the user accounts.
